I. Conditions to Practice at Boros Esthetic Institute

The beauticians, stylists, permanent make up artists at Boros Esthetic have completed the most advanced training and passed the necessary exams to provide the required services.

The beauticians, stylists, artists, and permanent make up artists at Boros Esthetic have completed advanced courses on general hygiene, profession-specific hygiene, and first aid. Our beauticians are aware of the risks of infections and master the protective measures to apply as well as the appropriate techniques to eliminate any health and hygiene risks.
II. Client Questionnaire: Civil Responsibility and Precautions Against Risks
There are situations where no treatment can be undertaken or can only be done after medical advice and with specific precautions. These situations are presented to clients for information and must be signed and handled with absolute confidentiality.

III. Hygiene Conditions for the Work Area and Work Instruments

Boros Esthetic studio has an accessible hygiene plan available upon request.

The floors of the Boros Esthetic studio are smooth, non-porous, and easy to clean. The walls are washable and in good condition.

The intervention surface is made of smooth, non-porous, and easy-to-clean material. Only one client can receive treatment at a time, and no simultaneous interventions are allowed.

All cabinets and small furniture are closed for dust-free storage.

Only disposable towels are used.

The trash bins are emptied after each use and are equipped with lids and pedals.

Work utensils are stored in closed, dust-free areas.

The work area is exclusively reserved for semi-permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, and eyelash lifting activities.

The work area is separated from the waiting area, reception, and storage room.

Smoking is prohibited in the studio.

The studio has well-maintained toilets, regularly disinfected and kept in impeccable cleanliness and hygiene conditions. Disposable hand towels are provided for drying hands. The dispensers are discarded after use and replaced once emptied.

Our beautician has the duty to welcome you with a neat appearance, wash and disinfect hands before and after each task, and ensure their nails are groomed and hair tied back.

Our beautician must wear appropriate disposable protective clothing. Protective clothing should be removed and changed after each task.

Any object unrelated to the task at hand should not be touched during the procedure, and objects without direct relevance to the task should be kept outside the treatment area.

Work instruments such as needles and cannulas are single-use and immediately disposed of after use.

After use, reusable instruments like needle holders, trocars, tongs, and clamps are placed in a disinfectant bath, then cleaned, packaged, and sterilized properly. Work instruments are never handled without gloves, either before or after the procedure, and are cleaned and disinfected after each use.

Materials such as colors and other supplies used are checked to ensure they are not contaminated when removed from packaging. All materials used are single-use and immediately discarded after use. All pigments used comply with European regulations.

The work surface is cleaned with disinfectant before and after each intervention. Surface disinfectants may contain alcohol or aldehydes.

Work instruments are disassembled and reassembled according to the manufacturer's instructions, then placed directly in a disinfectant cleaning solution, and sterilized if necessary.

After disinfection, cleaning, drying, and maintenance, reusable work instruments are sterilized according to instructions, either packaged in sterilization pouches or unwrapped in sterilization containers. After opening each sterilization container (pouches or cassettes), instruments must be used immediately.
